Here are my thoughts....

1. SIA
- I like their dog lines, but their CS just plain sucks, sent them an email asking a simple question, took around 52 hours to get an answer

2. Canbet
-Love their lines, friendly customer service, and they respond usually within 15 minutes to emails

3. Pinnacle
- Great lines as well and a 10% bonus on top of that, quick response to emails, but I get the impression some of their reps don't have a full comprehension of the english language since many times when I am asking a question, their responses have nothing to do with my question...

For baseball I will definitely be sending my money to Pinnacle and SIA (dog plays only)

If anyone wants a referral let me know!

cheers

Please NO personal referrals on the site...

Jack pays the bills here!

As far as customer service, if this is what you are looking for...

VIP and RoyalSports Reps are some of the best...along with 2 others...to mention right after......

WWTS and CRIS have taken great great steps to look after the matter to bring to the top also...in the CS field

The overall view that Pinnalce CS might not understand could be brought to higher level if you stated you not satisfied...tell them you would like to speak to someone else.

Olympic......???CS??...one of the best......

check some of them out .....

Not all sportsbooks have decided yet on what differential line they will deal with this baseball season, so patience should be acted upon on the CS personal....and if playing dogs is a priorty it could be a vast overlay of underachievement a player is looking at when they could be staring at a better line during the day with a book that moves, especially on totals.

thank-you

and good luck this baseball season.

No prob, and i would also like to mention that CRIS has acted for the people north of the border in terms of dollar exchange rate, so that you can now setup your account in CDN $.

best of luck.

Go Habs Go!!
I have to say that out of the three sportsbooks that I have used and tried, Olympic has to be the best. Customer service is adequate, checks are on time and lines are up quickly. I really like the book they send monthly... I like to read the article in it!

Very near second is Wagerstreet.com. Really good service and they now accept deposits from your chequing account at the bank. I even had a personal call from them asking me if everything was OK with my account. I like that.

Distant third is SIA. Always loved the "wagering" aspect itself but if you mix their Customer service in the whole package, I'd rather pass. I care alot for integrity, and in my book when you say something you do it. They have left a very sour taste in my mouth. Not there anymore.

I'm looking to add to my book list. I'm missing out on some better lines on some nights. I have a few on my list which I will casually try over the next year or so.

I will look into that, thanks...
My criteria is that a book has to have canadian currency set up....
