I tried installing some software today into my computer. I keep getting disk can not be read may need to be cleaned. OK My D drive has been cleaned not to long ago and my CD is brand new. When the Cd is running it almost sounds like it is jumping a bit in the drive. Is this a CD problem or a drive problem?

Thats what I think. The company is sending me another one to see if that's the problem. I thought I would come to MJ's to get some more feedback.
