Regardless of the outcome, I don't think either of these teams stands a chance of winning next weekend. Carolina would have to win @ St Louis, or Dallas win @ Philly. Don't see either happening...anyways...
I'm taking the small home favorite. While I do suspect the Panthers are not nearly as good as their record indicates (only one win all season over a +.500 team), I think this is a good spot for them.
Dallas has come up lame on the road against good defences and should have their hands full. Stephen Davis can run on these guys...Delhomme can hopefully do just enough to not lose. I think the 'Boys have a lot of trouble scoring today.
