neither team has good offenses and pretty decent defenses.

Both Seattle and Dallas have VERY limited offensive capabilities, and with the more explosive RB (Alexander) not starting, I think I would look for something else besides the total to tease with Dallas +11.5, which I personally believe is very solid. In fact, FWIW I like Dallas to win outright. Good luck on whatever you decide to play.
