Not sure what the limit would be to how far I would go or what I would pay to see this just one more time. If you understand, you understand, if you don't then you never will.

"they're out to get me.... They won't catch me... 'cause I'm innocent... So u can SUCK ME"

never forget when I first heard those lyrics, lmao. I too would love to see them again.

Tross, I too saw the Gunners and Metalliheavy with Faith no More as the opener. Best concert I ever saw (at the Hoosier Dome), and I paid extra to sit on the second row. Agree that Metallica is the better band, but wouldn't agree that they blew the Gunners off the stage. Takes me back to the good old concert going days in early 90s. I saw lots of good bands!

one of the best concerts i have seen, Gunners with Skid Row
as a warm up.

Half way during the set Axl left stage for an 30 minutes and then came back, he was really f'd up all the time. :D

Shame that i never hadn't chance to see Nirvana.

Saw them when I was a freshman in high school in St. Paul, like three months before Kurt died. I saw plenty of shows over the next 4-5 years, but none have topped that one. The Breeders opened and they rocked, too.

Check your calendar. They were still together in early 90s. Use Your Illusion came out then.

The ORIGINAL line up of G-N-R kicked ass, if only Axl had been able to keep his head out of his ass this could have been the number 1 rock group of all time, with all due respect to some of the legends out there. As far as Metalica goes, yea they were good, but hardly in the league of Guns-N-Roses, please, they were basically an underground garage band until they sold out their true fans with that Black album, though Master of Puppets did rock, and let's face it, Lars is a little dick who needs his ass beat on a daily basis.

i have one metallica album and it's that black one, it has a
few good songs but still i haven't listened it through once
= boring shiit. same as all their other albums, with "yeah we rock really hard"-attitude. like extreme but they dress in black and don't use make up.

even Diamond Dave and OLD Van Halen kicks more ass,
with make up. :thefinger

Black album was a sellout to the true fans??? NOT!

Ride will always be my favorite album, but the Black is awesome too. I've seen lots of bands live, and none of them are as crisp and perfect as Metallica. However, will agree somewhat on the Lars Ulrich comment.

I heard a new song this morning on the radio from "Velvet Revolver" This band has Duff, Slash and Scott weiland from STP on vocals. I believe the drummer is from The Cult.

The song was actually pretty good, I was surprised. You could definitely hear Slash bangin the strings.

As it turns out, never is a long time.

Can't wait for them to announce the dates of the shows.

Looking forward to finding out where I'll see them as well. Still might do coachella but it's really not my scene.

This is really a big deal. Can't wait.

Maybe me and kick will catch a show
