Dang it.. how do you make a NFl/NCAA parlay?

Aces Gold... when placing your bet it says the amount and then submit but doen't give the option to do nfl/ncaa parlays... unless I'm not seeing it... which is definitely possible.

card will show both ncaa and NFL plays

click submit
