Texas+7 and ML....The numbers are close in this contest, There is one thing that really bothers me about USC winning this game, football karma gods tend to step in when a team is being called the best ever before the game is played,Back in 1999 Tampa was playing at Oakland and was about a pick game,All Oakland heard all week was that Tampa has the best Defense in the history of football, They got sick of hearing it, and Final score Oakland 45 Tb 0.....The 1969 Super Bowl, The Jets a HUGE 19 point underdog and was told no need to show up, Baltimore was the greatest team on earth, Jets16-7...Miracle on ice, USA Hockey...dont show up the Russians will bury you....USA Wins!......Articles were written about the 1983 Nebraska team being the most dominant ever before Miami Settled that......College teams have a way of using that "disrespect" tag for motivation better than anyone and Texas is reading they shouldnt even come to the party. .... Ohio State vs. Miami in the 2003 Fiesta Bowl....point is that they DESERVE SOME respect and again will be more motivated to show the world that the "experts" should have gave them some kudos....There is something about a game like this that drives the underdog to a HIGHER level....This really should not be a touchdown spread, the numbers are too close and the desire belongs to Texas to slay the GIANT :bigun:
