A couple of matchups caught my interest...
Czech +120 vs Spain
i like Novak to win one or both of his matches and believe that Novak and Stepanek will be faves over the Spanish duo in doubles. Also think Stepanek will be at worst 40/60 in his 2 singles matches.
Belarus +170 vs Russia
Marat must be tired and it looks like Russia is going w/Andreev as #2 singles player. He's an up and comer but this might be too much for him in a hostile road tie. Mirnyi and Voltchkov seem very suited for the indoor surface also.
