I still can't believe that Russian ref had the balls to issue a second yellow to Deco for time wasting. The biggest stage for soccer, and now we can't watch one of the best players in the world play in the Portugal/England match.

I know unreal. Some things deserve getting yelled at by the referee instead of yellows and that was one of them. That game had no control.

fifa has stated that any picking up of the ball in time delaying will be issued a yellow, evidence of that today against the italian player as well.
