deleting cookies from the computer help

a while ago someone posted a way to get rid of cookies.

right click on start and then click explore and scroll to cookies.

Igot that far. all the cookies come up as icons with default@so and so underneath the icon. Is there a way to actually read what the cookie is? When I open them all you see is the jibberish. I would like to know what im deleting before i do it.

Jibberish is about all you see in cookies. It's something computers recognize and I don't want to go there. Just wipe out all cookies on a regular basis, there's nothing you can screw up.
