Deposit and Withdrawal Options/Problems

Looking for suggestions and/or recommendations for any book(s) or money services that have prompt, no-cost deposit AND withdrawal options. I have used WSEX and Olympic the last couple of years, however Olympic now has no free withdrawal options and WSEX takes a month to get a "free" withdrawal. My usual requests are in the range of $2k-$4k.

I had a Neteller account and that was a great service option. Has anyone tried using Neteller via a proxy server with a foreign address? Or any other ideas to move similar amounts from a US player?

Yes I am in Canada so that may make things easier, but BetJamaica and 5dimes have actually paid me THE SAME DAY. I have made a request in the morning and have had CASH in my hand in the afternoon. Yes that is correct.....CASH. Nothing over 2k though, might be more difficult if amount above 2k. And I believe both books have a free withdrawl once a month by cheque, but I never use the cheque option so I don't know for sure.

Kick - thanks for the suggestions. Went to EWallet website and terms state that they impose a 10% charge on withdrawals. Not acceptable for me.

Hudson - have actually moved a couple of times since '99. First to Pittsburg and now in Clayton. Have visited friends and relatives all over the country and its hard to beat CA and the bay area for quality of life. 3rd generation CA native myself. BTW, have great respect for your NCAA BB selections.

I just realized that you are in California and not Canada but the MoneyGram option is extremely easy and transfers take literally minutes with outlets at every WalMart and thousands of other locations such as grocery stores and check cashing businesses.
