Well its been discussed here before and helped me out. Go to a gas station and buy a prepaid debit card. Probably going to cost around $10 and you put the money on it right there.
Make sure somewhere on it, that is talks about netspend.com
Then when you get home you have to go to the site and activate it and presto...
