Outright plays (total stake per play: 1.5pts)

Adam Scott to win 12/1 e.w. @ SkyBet, William Hill, BlueSq, BetFred and BetDirect
A short price, but beyond Tiger, Scott and an out-of-form Singh, this is no better than last week's 2nd-tier Reno-Tahoe Open. And with Tiger coming off wins in a major and a WGC in the last two weeks and travelling with the U.S. Ryder Cup team to Ireland at the start of this week, he may well continue his winless run on this course. It really does set up well for Scott to win and given that he has finished 1st and 2nd in his two previous appearances in this event, this course also sets up well for him. Short odds indeed, but a very opportunity for him to win.

Jeff Brehaut to finish in the top-five 16/1 @ GolfingGods
Winning has been a problem for Brehaut, though he was the medallist in the 2002 Q-School, but he should have a good chance of recording another top-5 finish. He did so last week while ranking 1st in greens in regulation and, while he finished in 6th place on the leaderboard in The International in his previous start, he actually ranked 2nd in strokeplay that week. And in terms of course form, he finished in the top-5 last year, having been the co-leader with Olin Browne at the cut. So there should be a fair amount of value at these odds.
