Okay so I really didn't want to do this because i have used this book forever and they have ALWAYS paid me, no matter how slow and annoying it gets at times, but this was just ridiculous. So here's what happened.
On 11/27 (thats right two months ago) I requested a check to be sent to me by regular mail. I waited about a week and got nothing so I asked them what the status was. I was given a generic response that it could take up to 30 business days... whatever. Knowing the book as I do, I know the check was probably mailed but they're too lazy to check up on it when they can just give me that generic response. So I ask a week later, same response, another week later, same response. Okay so I keep going finally they say sir it can take 30 business days, I said it has been! So wala they go and find me the tracking number (finally). Apparently the check was delivered to Buffalo on 11/29! Two days after it was requested. But apparently they were too lazy to go find me the tracking # the 8 times before I asked and prefered to just give me the generic response rather then go look up the number for me.
Okay so if you are still following me here. I contacted customer service because well I never received the check, despite what the tracking thing says. So over a week ago, I think today is the 7th business day since I requested a stop payment. I was told it would take about 48 business hours to be stopped and put back in my account. I contacted them two days later and they said sir its been processed it will be in your account sometime today. Another day later, no money, another day later I ask again. Now they tell me it hasn't been processed. Okay so finally today it is back in my account. Two months of frozen funds, never got paid, and now its back in my account.
Is it really so hard to give someone a tracking # so this could have been sorted out weeks ago?
In other news, I started using BetOnline and they are really good with payouts. I hope they don't cut my limits like BetEd did to that other guy because I've been doing pretty well!
