Did anyone Notice Last night the jump ball situation?? The more athletic team(USC)---got every jump ball--this may be something to look for when deciding who to play on a night!! THis could be an extra 4 or 5 possesions a game for a more athletic team!!

Did anyone notice that all four of the big favs covered the first half line last night?

The only one that was even close was Miz (up by 14 and halftime line was -12).

Are they only using the jump ball in the pre-season tournies?

I don't believe they are changing from the stupid alternating possesion in regular math-ups.

yyz, you are right -- the jump ball is an experimental rule used only in some tourneys, that will go away in plain non-conf games and all conf games.
