I actually had some respect for Jake before last nights game, but I have NEVER seen an NFL quarterback whining like a little girl so many times in one game. He looked like this guy  except with tears, no less than five times

Even on a kickoff return. Fine, maybe the refs missed a face mask, but come on. He looked like a baby albotross crying for his mommy to feed him.

THAT being said, the pass at end of game was a poor decision, BUT Keyshawns play on the ball was way poor. Yes there was a little contact, but he jumped way before he had to, I think he misjudged the ball flight.

Not that I cared as I had Philly :toast:

Delhomme has always been a crybaby , whining about every call.

If he was in the NBA he would be getting hit with technical fouls.

I just couldnt bring my self to play this toss up game. Isnt it amazing how close the lines are.
It stinks.

I agree. At least twice, Delhomme basically spiked the ball to avoid a sack and then goes bitching to refs. Either throw it to a receiver or take the grounding like a man.

Reminds me of Reggie Ball, who seems to want a late hit on every play. Someone accidentily taps Ball's helmet and Ball runs around pointing to his head. Man, play football.

There is def. a time to bitch about bad calls, but theres also a time to play football.

Scott I whole heartedly agree with your comment about how close the spread and game are. This game was supposed to be won by Carolina by 3 pts but Jakes bad decision blew that. Runyan was holding Peppers on every play but the refs let it go? Usually it gets fishier as the season comes towards the end.

I guess I have never watched him that closely when things are not going well. Arguing a call here and there I can see, but not in a childish way, like the world was ending or something... It looked terrible IMO.

In Jakes defense, he is on the hotseat as far as his job is concerned and the referee bias was fairly obvious. It happens alot more as the season goes on. Stay tuned

I did see some holding....everytime I see a possible hold not called this year in the NFL, all I can do is to think back to the huge holding call in the Super Bowl on Seattle.

He's been doing this since High School. There is no defending this type of behavior. This is an individual who demands to have things his way.
