He didn't tee off, Camelot customer service was nice enough to send me a e-mail...Has been graded as no action because of the following reason(s):
1. Paul Azinger has withdrawn from the tournament without having teed off. All wagers are graded as no action. Straight wagers are canceled. Parlays remain live but revert back to the appropriate grading.
