the time my 80 year old grandparents were having problems remembering things? They were so upset about this that they went to see their doctor to see if he could find anything wrong with them.After an examination,the doctor told them they were physically fine.He said the best thing for them to do was to start writing things down to help them remember.
That night while watching TV my granfather got up from his chair."Where are you going "?,my grandmother asks. Grandpa answered ,"To the kitchen"."Will you get me a bowl of ice cream?", grandma asked."Sure",grandpa said.She says,"Maybe you should write it down so you will remember"."I'll remember",grandpa says."We'll,I would like some strawberries on top",she says."You better write that down cause I know you'll forget".Ican remember that",he says as he began to lose his patience."You want a bowl of ice cream with strawberries"."I would also like whip cream on top",grandma says.She adds,"I know you will forget that so you better write it down".By now grandpa is hopping mad & says,"I don't need to write that down!I will remember this just fine".He is fuming as he heads into the kitchen to get the food.After about 20 minutes he returns from the kitchen & hands grandma a plate of bacon & eggs.Startled,grandma stares at the plate for a moment & says,"You forgot my toast"!
