OK Im stumped. Maybe you guys can tell me whats most important...
The Rams havent covered 3 straight games since their Super Bowl season in December of 1999. They have covered 2 in a row now...
The Saints only quality victory this year is over the Rams at home. Other than that, they have beaten Carolina twice. Buffalo in Buffalo, where the Bills have only beaten lowly Carolina. They beat Minnesota a home, when the vikes havent won on the road this year. They beat indy at home (woo hoo) So they havent really been tested yet, except, as I said the rams game.
the rams on the other hand have played almost their entire schedule over teams with .500+ records.
another point...like it or not, the rams are a public team. people "like" betting on the rams and the over. it is fun to root for the rams to beat someone 45-20. i dont think you are going to find a highly betted game finish with the rams and the over.
OK, I am going to make decision....
I think the strongest play of the night is the under. simply b/c the ram D is much better than the public knows, and we are getting a couple of "public" points in the unders favor.
and when you arent sure of the play, TAKE THE POINTS!!! not to mention a home divisional dog on monday night over a team that hasnt covered 3 in a row in 2 years, in a game that they dont need as badly as the saints.
