DIFELIECE ARRESTED IN PITTSBURGH NITECLUB!!!!

LAST NIGHT MIKE DIFELIECE WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF ASSAULT AND INDISCRENT ENDAGERMENT. YES HE TRIED TO SET A WOMAN BODY BUILDER BUTT ON FIRE AND GOT HIS ASS KICKED!!!! THEN THREW A PUNCH AT A PARKING ATTENDANT!!!!! HE WAS BOOKED AND RELEASED AND HAS A COURT DATE SET FOR AUG 31ST IN PITTSBURGH. THIS DOESN'T EFFECT THE D-BACKS TONIGHT I DON'T THINK UNLESS THEY SPEND ALL THERE TIME ANSWERING QUESTIONS ABOUT THE INCIDENT. HOWEVER HE IS NOT A BIGTIME CATCHER AND WAS A THROW IN TO THE TRADE WITH ALBIE LOPEZ.

JUST THOUGHT I WOULD PASS IT ON!!!

Diamondbacks catcher faces assault charges for incident at Strip District nightclub

Arizona Diamondbacks catcher Mike DiFelice was being held in the Allegheny County Jail this afternoon, the result of his early-morning arrest on indecent and simple assault charges related to an incident at the Area 51 club in the Strip District.

DiFelice, 32, a Philadelphia native who now lives in Florida, was arraigned on two counts of simple assault, one county of indecent assault and one count of disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $6,000, and DiFelice was ordered to undergo an examination by the Allegheny County Behavioral Clinic at the jail. A hearing was scheduled for Aug. 31.

According to police, DiFelice grabbed a woman's buttocks in the club and when her friend tried to intercede, used a lighter to burn that woman's buttocks. When the first woman pushed DiFelice away, he punched her in the face, knocking her to the ground, according to police.

Security officers at the club summoned city police officers, who took DeFelice outside. Then, for no apparent reason, he punched a parking valet, police said.

The Pirates begin a three-game series with the Diamondbacks tonight.
