No UGA, just called me out of the blue.
I would never leave them. I have not had no problems at all with them and enjoy The Extra Innings package alot.
Sounds like a great deal, yes, but just how much does providing this service add to their expense base, I cannot believe that it adds any, thus the additional revenue is close to 100% profit?

Most likely you just renewed your 2 year commitment to them. I could be wrong but that's likely the catch. Not that it matters since you don't seem to be going anywhere but there are horror stories online about people trying to cancel.

That's right...every time you make a change in programming or equipment your two year committment starts over again (at least two years) Try to end it early and they hit you with hundreds in fees.
