Directv question

If I subscribe to DTV now, can I take my receiver to my father's house and use it there. He has DTV, but I subscribe to NFL ticket and NBA league pass, he doesn't. Basically, I want to know if I can watch NFL &NBA packages at his house with my receiver, thanks.

As long as you move the entire receiver with the subscribed card inside the receiver and hook it up to a dish pointing in the right direction, you can watch all the TV you wish, wherever you wish. DTV prohibits this type of movement, but there really is no way for them to detect it unless you were to plug the receiver into the phone line at your father's house.
