love friday night......caballero vs castillo and pereira vs aiken should be very enjoyable action fights......with interesting guys....more excited about friday than saturday....
but,how could american t.v. pass on mormeck/bell?.....that`s insane......the first fight was brutal....incredible ebb and flow....what a waste....and now the loser,who probably lost as much to being out-stamina-ed as much as anything.....gets a homefield advantage....,
not seeing the rematch pretty much ruins the boxing weekend for me....
and the undercard for barrera/marquez is underwhelming,to put it mildly.....
i`ve seen worse....but,it just doesn`t interest me....
penalosa`s almost 35 and a good deal smaller than ponce de leon.....and ponce de leon doesn`t thrill me..
hopkins vs forbes?.......just not interesting.....this ones just screams boring....
and on general principal(it`s not the money)......$44.95 is pretty hefty for a main event that would have been worth the price alone 3 or 4 years ago....but face it,alot of the luster has worn off barrera and marquez.....a bad precedent being set here.....they`re playing us cheap....
barrera says he`s gonna attack,unlike the juarez fight...but,we have two counter punchers here...old ones at that....
there`s a real possiblity that this could be an incredible bore......
