Went 2-0 in the Wild Card round where the road teams went 3-1 SU. I see home teams getting back on track a little more this round
Saturday:
EAGLES +125
*No need for points here Philly wins outright! Yes, yes, yes Wentz is out Vegas giving them no chance putting them home dogs yada yada yada. Nick Foles is very capable of generating a home win today with 2 weeks to prepare vs. an average Falcons D he'll be able to move the ball on. Falcons played unbelievable defense last week vs the top ranked offense Rams, but asking them to perform that two weeks in a row in a playoff environment on the road is a bit much. They'll come back down to Earth today a little. Philly D will be fired up at home to slow down Matty Ice and co. which I feel they will do today with many blitz packages hopefully causing some TO's and mistakes. Falcons hopes of getting back to the SB this season ends today. Philly gets a win, but most likely gets knocked out next round as the no Wentz factor will catch up with them just not today*
Sunday:
STEELERS -7
*Love Pitt here in revenge mode vs Jags after the Week 5 BEAT DOWN they took 30-9 where Ben threw 5 INTS! We all know Jags have a ferocious D which will keep them in this game, but for 4Q's it won't be enough. Ben isn't getting any younger and his days are numbered for his time left in the league he'll be motivated for one last harrah possibly. Big Ben and this entire Pitt team will be focused big time here to move on to most likely get a rematch with NE! If Pitt happens to get the opportunity to run this score up they will have no mercy! Sounds nuts but I like Pitt by 3 TD's! You know they'll be all over the tape from the Jags visit to San Francisco when the Niners lit them up!!*
SAINTS +5 MAX PLAY
*The more I look at this match up the more I love NO + points! This game WILL be close! Saints have every chance to win this game if they don't shoot themselves in the foot. Vikes are very dominating at home we all know, but NO has been pretty much under the radar all season nobody talking about them and look where they're at. The two things that have got them here is an elite running game and a consistent defense. Two things you NEED to win playoff games on the road. Vikes D is outstanding, but I feel Saints are going to "try" and pound the rock with Kamara and Ingram. I mentioned it in another thread I don't see Kamara and Ingram getting shut down 2 weeks in a row whether it be on the ground or catching passes out of the back field for big gains. One of them will have a BIG game! Both Saints and Vikings are very young teams, but the X factor will the be experience of Drew Brees being here before. He will rally his troops and keep them focused to give themselves a shot in the end. Vikings win by a FG wouldn't surprise me though....this game will be CLOSE!*
