I thought it was still in talks, haven't seen it on any other books.

This is definitely the worst possible outcome. Margarito, Williams, Cintron, Cotto ANYBODY but fishnet panties Hoya. whos stupid enough to buy this ppv

Mayweather is at -285, this contest is a joke. You're almost certain to get a scalp out of this.

Night i feel the same way as you. Not even sure i would want to watch this for free. What is gonna change? I can see the exact same boring fight and who knows who will get the decision. I have no interest in this fight at all. This is nothing about anything but to see how much both guys can pocket. You know with Rickey Hatton he wanted to win bad and probably would have fought Mayweather for free just to shut him up. I just don't see the fascination regarding Oscar anymore.

youre right sponge there really is no angle for this fight. anything mayweather does in a boxing ring is worth watching, but not for 50$, and please spare us a 24/7 hype job. the only way to prevent this in the future is to boycott it.

lol thats a good promotional tagline: "mayweather-de la hoya 2: why?"

I agree w/everyone here. I wouldn't pay 10 bucks for this farce. Arum attempts to squeeze every last dime from the fans and I'm hoping they won't pay it. The 1st go was nothing more than a glorified sparring match. It was one of the biggest mega fight busts of all time. There are so many options for both fighters that will sell. Aside from Oscars loyal Hispanic base, I don't see this one being a huge fight. I'll pass.

I dont understand all the negativity? This is a great fight. If DLH has the same trainer again we all get to make lots of money. Who could want more?

If I want entertainment then I'll watch soemthing else. But this is as predictable as a WWF job match.
