Am in the middle of the playoff of Els - Fraser, need Els to win a parlay and assume I need to win this playoff even though Els won by a stroke thru 18. Have this at bet365 and can't find any posted rules. Does any of the books grade 4th round scores without inluding the playoff ?

DTB it was a "big" one. Had Singh over Micheel and Els over Fraser. $60 paid $75. I'm sure bet365 was really concerned that I was going to throw their daily hold out of wack :)

I was gonna give you both a hard time about playing parlays since its tough enough to win one! Then I recall that I like to play a double here and there! :D

Trampled I have only bet golf for a couple of years, but I have noticed that it is always tough early in the year-things can change a lot from year to year. Yet I know that if I do not bet at all I have a hard time keeping my interest so if I parlay I can still play and learn but not risk a lot. Yesterday in the 4th round I played 3 parlays and overall was only 3-7 but still manged to make $5. Even if I would have lost everything it would not have cost me too much. As the year goes on I like to play more mostly even up. Once the experts here get in the groove and I get a little more feel for it, then it is time for me to actually try and make more. The nice thing about golf is that it is a looooong season. DTB I hate it when I try a 5 gamer and miss it by one. Don't know if I should be happy that I am close and "zeroing in" or just be pissed because I was so close.

SS,
Thats a very VERY good point about limiting risk this early in the year. Hope you have a profitable year.

T.U. I think they are fun if played modestly. Will usually play 4 to 5 a week @ $10. Maybe 1 or 2 3balls. Play usually 3 team 3balls and 4 team matches which will return somewhere around $100 so hitting 1 out of 10 is break even point and not that hard to do.
Normally there will be 1or 2 selections that I use full regular match wager on and will usually play the remaining at 1/2 wager. This has been lots of fun in past and has been a reasonable profitable venture but who knows what the future brings.:)
