I just want you all to know what happened to me on this site so that you be careful in case you play on pinncle.
On december 11th 2023 I had 815 usd on my balance accoount. I logged in on sunday 13th to make some football plays and I checked my balance and I just had 1 usd left.
I went to my history plays and everything looked allright, I the went to the casino history plays which I hardly play , and I was surprised to see that someone made plays on a live roulette until there was no money left , in less than ten minutes my account was blanked. it showed plays for 500 , for 300 , for 250 usd each until theres was no money left.
I wrote to them to explain my case and I had to wait two and a half months to recieve an answer telling me that the pertinent department made an investigation and that evrything was alright.
I had been a loyal customer for 18 years, never had a problem , but they did not care about that , I explained to them that the log ins to my account were made in another IP address , there were made from another country, I told them to cheked my betting patrons, my betting history, and their answer was that everyhting was ok
in conclussion, your money is not safe at all , someone broke in to my account and had fun for a while knowing that there was no way to cash in and blanked my account. you can not get in touch by phone, you can not get in touch with the investigation department, you yous have an customer email.
has someone has had the same problem like me ?
