you nailed it Doug E.

this team has absolutely no dribble penetration without TJ. Ivey is a great defender but a point guard he is not. Moreno may need some more minutes.

our interior defense is getting murdered right now. obviously, even TJ wouldn't be able to help out in that category.

i see a lot of parity in the Big 12 but it should be interesting to cap.

I've always liked Barnes but he has no PG and his guys make terrible decisions with the ball. Very poor basketball IQ on this team.

tough to be a Texas fan today. Two straight embarassing losses on national telly but Barnes is still the big man on campus right now. He has turned this program around in a big way and it's only going to get better, a super class coming in next year. very talented guards too! :)

I am totally shocked by this Texas team. I truly believed they would be better than last year's team. Not to say they would make the Final Four, just a better team. Incredible depth, 4 solid perimeter shooters, plenty of hard working, beefy big men and lots of experienced seniors.

Maybe they will by year end, but how can you explain their lack of defense. They regularly get beat in transition and give up to many easy shots. This team needs to get some easy buckets that good solid d leads to and they just are not getting them.

And someone tell me what in the world happened to James Thomas?
