Yeah. I'll even offer to buy them one. If they get our group a round if we've been sitting there awhile, they'll get a very nice tip before we leave. Can't specify how much, depends how long we there.

Yes, minimum of a dollar/beer, if they get back to me in less than 5 minutes 2 and bartenders usually get 5 bucks for 2 beers if they are serving me quick enough...
I guess it all depends on the drink and how well it's made... If it's something simple like a crown and coke or a beer I tip a buck per drink...

If I don't have a tab and are paying each round separately, I will usually give a very large tip on the first round so the bartender will remember me and take care of me in a crowded bar. :0008
I do this at a bar and with cocktail waitresses at the casino :0074 2, 5 dollar chips will get you more drinks throughout the night I assure you
