Crap back doors on NBA?

Cleveland had that junk back door earlier this week and now the kings game last night.

I'm just trying to have a little more info on why these things happen.

Especially since the Spurs are rolling and as I look back at their results I can't find too many back door covers with some really screwed up 4th quarter scoring.

Any help?
