New look Nats have some pop on their lineup this year. Dunn (lf) and Johnson at 1B with a healthy Zimmerman and Kearns added to the returning cast from last year is a pretty tough lineup. Nats big question mark is the pitching...but today's starter is the one guy who almost always gives a strong outing, Lannan. Marlin's starter Nolosco is a very good pitcher as well, lots of hard stuff...but early on in the season, don't see him going more than 6 before he tires or gets pulled...Nats lilneup with Dunn and Johnson will wait him out..pesky 1-2 hitters will just foul him off along with Zimmerman..Nats will make him work hard all day and see Nolosco getting to 100 pitches no later than the 6th...Lannan can hang in this with him...and the Nats pen has been totally revamped and for the better I think...so I see a close game throughout with the edge in the pen going to the Nats...Nats 6- Marlins 4 *2 stars as I think the Nats are a solid dog play at the fairly high price.
