This guy is a fraud as a coach. Every year they have a roster overloaded with talent and except for the one year they got to the Finals they always underperform. Yet guys like Vitale will always fawn over him. He's the basketball equivalent of John Cooper; good recruiter, bad coach.

Would seem that Montgomery got the best of Donovan. Have always liked Monty as a tactician. Monty said they practiced the zone in the preseason to steal a few wins w/ what Monty called an overmatched roster.
Montgomery > Donovan by a longshot.
