Lawsuit maybe???

The insurance will cover any potential lost wages. So much money gets funneled to Duke already by the shoe company that I am sure there will not be lawsuits...

Pretty sure that would be Force Majeure? My question- Is that seam not something that gets inspected by the equipment manager?

I've seen blowouts like that before bk when I was playing...

of course a few slight differences...
it was a pair of Converse all-stars bk in 1973, (and I think they cost around $14 bucks/pr at the time)...
we didn't have a player that was 6ft 8, and 280 lbs wearing em...

don't these guys get about as many pairs of shoes as they want..?
new pr for every game...?

hope he's not hurt badly... love his intensity when things get tough, he's gonna mess w/some pro's when he gets in the big league... they're not used to scorers trying to play tough defense... he'll have to learn to pace himself.
Kobe did... great offense and great defense... 40 mins+ / game

but it's rare anymore...
