Love this game....Price is injured and Bookout weakened with strep throat....who knows, rest of team may have strep throat by tomorrow....look for the Schooner to stay in OKCity to watch the rest of the tourney.....Cal wins outright

Kansas looked like garbage in 1st round last year, came out like gangbusters in round 2 against Pac 10 Stanford as Gooden and Boschee led the charge.....This year, no Boschee and Gooden and team will be in a struggle once again....Az State outright

****Arizona -9.5**** -220
Az rolls into sweet sixteen with 25 point win....not enough zebras on the floor to keep Zags in this one

****CMichigan +10.5**** -220
Overrated Duke cant play defense especially on the interior....as "good" as a coach as K is, you would think by now he could teach how to do this with some effectiveness???....methinks a lack of toughness hurts the dukies inside defense....shows up in the NBA failures Duke puts out year after year

Like the looks of almost all of those picks Freeze .... with the exception of AZ State as I believe Kansas wakes up in 2nd round like they did last year. Agree Missouri will beat Marquette and Oklahoma also could be ripe for the upset as well .... and how can you not like Central Michigan the ATS covering machine. Think I saw in someone elses thread (Senior Capper??) that they were 13-1 when an underdog this year. Looking ahead to Sunday I think Okie State goes down hard against Syracuse (-3) though. Nice job on the Big 12 this year and in the tourney so far.

last year if i remember right Simien and Boschee...not so much Gooden were largely responsible for that fast start against Stanford.....

think the weak bench will kill the jayhawks tomorrow....all you got to do to stop them is to stop hinrich and the hawks are in trouble with no other shooters out there...same problem as when Billy Thomas couldn't make a shot....the 3 point line will haunt the hawks in the tourney forever :shrug:

they are my favorite team too...maybe i am influenced by some negativity but i just really do not like this team....have found myself betting against them pretty much the whole year

Unfortunately your are right Freeze about the 3 point line haunting the Jayhawks in the tourney :shrug: Still think they will fire up tomorrow to get the win .... although you may be right about AZ State getting the cover.

actually hope Az get a game from the Zags...fun watching them make a run every year.....great coach in Pugh...just dont think he has enough guns to contain Az though....

i hope Ks can make a run too...its so disappointing being a jayhawk/Roy Willliams fan....the guy is the nicest guy and can flat out coach but for some reason his teams cant hit an outside shot in the tourney....

last year i think he got outcoached but most years some voodoo slump hits them...thats about my only explanation
