Return of Cro Cop or as Kickserv likes to call him "Cro-Crop the farmer" vs. Overeem.

Mighty Mo vs Kharitonov.
Also Nick Diaz vs Sakurai

GREAT FIGHT CARD. Hope it holds.

Will be on HDNET late at night.

Remember this is Dream......fight cards change as quick as GSP's left jab.......yep that fast:SIB

And yes Cro Crop (the farmer..LOL) is fighting.....but I mean come on....that guy is done man......he was exposed like most of the former Pride dudes....OVER-RATED. Overeem will be a live dog....bigtime live dog.

Anyway....as of now....here is the fight card:

(of course the raw kegray fight may be added soon)

-Nick Diaz vs. Hayato Sakurai

-Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza vs. Zelg Galesic
-Melvin Manhoef vs. Gegard Mousasi
-Dong Sik Yoon vs. Andrews Nakahara
-Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic vs. Alistair Overeem
-Hideo Tokoro vs. Atsushi Yamamoto
-Sergei Kharitonov vs. Mighty Mo

i can't trust mirko to regain his focus, so i'll be siding with alistair. he got it back after being embarrassed by randleman, but he's older now and doesn't appear as interested.

sergei has good offensive boxing, but his defense is bad. luckily for him he's durable, but i don't think he's durable enough to survive a might mo bomb.

ronaldo will easily tap zelg and i got mousasi over manhoef via superior ground game.

I only fight in Japan like Overeem these days. Best steroids in the world.

Cro Cop has been fighting hurt ever since the Gonzaga loss. Probably should not have fought Congo with an injury. He claims to be rededicated to training and wants to get back to old self.
I love Overeem, but I think he eats a foot in this one.

Cro Cop and Overeem fight will be intense. These 2 guys hate each other and Overeem has been calling Cro Cop out for awhile now. Overeem is ALOT better then when he fought Chuck and since the PRIDE days.

This should be a helluva fight, and one of the better fights in 2008. It just won't get the big recognition because it's DREAM and only the die hard MMA fans will be tuned in.

I am all over this like kickserv at a GSP slumber party.

How the hell is he a dog:confused:

Also.....going to take a shot on him to win the tourney:

Melvin has been awesome of late knocking everyone out.
One issue is no one has every knocked out Mousasi.
I dont think Mousasi is a good enough fighter to be favored in this one. Denis Kang took him down easy and controlled that fight before leaving his arm exposed and Mousasi took advantage of it.

Manhoef should be win this and if he does then I think he avoids any serious wounds for the finals.

Call me crazy, but I think Mousasi has a legit chance to win this fight. If he gets Manhoef down, it could be over.

I would be suprised if this goes the distance.

Either Manhoef by TKO, or Mousasi by Sub. And I don't see either happening!! hehe

Crocop is a stay away fighter for me. As a matter of fact anyone that does well in Japan, then doesn't do well in the US and then goes back to Japan is a stay away fighter. There is just no way to tell who juices and that being the cause. I suspect Crocop did and is now but who knows. All i know is that if he can and does for this fight it will make a big difference in his power and speed. I would hate to think he's lost it just to find out that once he's back in Japan he somehow find his power and striking ability.

Of course my arse still hurts so bad from Chuck that I can't see straight because my eyes are closed from the pain.

Have to take a shot with the underdog Overeem. Yes Mirko is back in Japan and may be on the roids again, but I think the odds just too good to pass up with Overeem. I highly doubt we will see a lot of ground action in that fight:eek:

Also, Manhoef is now at $2.75 (+175) at madjack sponsor BetDSI.....:scared
