Well, I finally had a profitable Sunday and for once I don't have to feel like I'm chasing on a Monday night. I've been waiting for this game for 2 weeks now. After yesterday?s outcome of the Gints and Skins, this game is now more important than ever. Both teams need this win. With or without TO, I thought the Eagles were a different team than they use to be. Mcnabb is playing better lately, but I think he is still is playing with some reserve. He can't scramble and get those hard yards like he use to. Right now, all he can rely on his is arm. Thier rushing game is almost non existent, which really doesn't matter since Dallas is somewhat stingy in that department anyways.
Dallas is coming off a long bye week. Luckily, Big Bill didn't give them too many consectitive days off in a row. Very smart in my opinion. We don't need any boat cruises or anything of that sort screwing up this team's focus. Cowboys have a 3 pack of backs that all bring different aspects to the offense and I expect to see 2/3 used a lot tonight. I have a feeling the Cowboys are gonna come out firing and try to put get control of the game like they did against them and the Giants a few weeks ago. If this happens, I don?t think they take their foot off the gas. They realize now what happens when you let a team hang around all game.
When it all comes down to it, all you can really do is flip a coin. We're talking 2 rivals here who love to beat each other up any chance they get. Both teams have good coaches and talent to beat anybody in the league. It all comes down to who executes and doesn?t slip up. Right now, I feel as if the Cowboys have that edge with a more balanced offense, more rest and less locker room hype. Of course, I?m also a homer, but I?ve played against them plenty of times this year.
Since I had a decent day yesterday, I?m not playing anything but the side. I think the total is right on... 23-17 is what I see, a FG less or a FG more. Way too tough to call.
Dallas +3 (20 Units)
Best of luck everyone! :mj06:
