Yup... In gambling when you say "one would think" it translates to yup that seems like the right play which in gambling translates to "we should take the opposite side!"

mine right now is not far behind. I need USC to start taking the air out of the ball. I did play USC second half too plus 3.5 plus 111 but didn't want to post it in your thread.

Look for plus money opportunities...small dogs on the moneyline. Like Stanford coming up first half +145.

North,

You gotta teach on these spots. I didn?t even think about playing usc and selling points. Let us know if you see another one.

So I?m playing live bet to sell points with Stanford live -3.5 +153. They are leading at half by 4. So if they end up winning by 4 or more, I just got +153 odds on my even money bet bc Stanford is up 4. Is that right?

I think your live bet is Stanford wins by 4 you get +153.

I am playing moneylines on Western Kentucky and Michigan State first halfs.

Here is another thing to look at playing. What should tell you these are good plays.....is that books will ban them. You see the ban in football but not always in basketball.

I use to kill these 30 years ago. They are correlated parlay. I will give an example in football Alabama was 45 point favorite and the total was 55.

The odds on a parlay are based on 4 outcomes. Favorite and over, Favorite and under, Dog and Over and Dog and under. 3 to 1 odds. They will pay 2.6. But the odds are based on there being an equal distribution of the 4 possible outcomes. But that is not reality with big favorites. If I told you Alabama covers the 45 would you want the under? No way. So there is a higher probability of Favorite and over or dog and under.

Now take it one step further and do two of them a four teamer will pay 11 to one.

Bet smaller amounts because you are not going to win these all the time at 11 to 1. Today I did some with Virginia and Over, Villanova and Over, Creighton and Over, Wi GB and Under (you can use first half numbers too). Not sure how these will turn out. You don't even have to be a good handicapper and play small amounts and have some action. In football I will look for the largest that they might allow.

Exactly....try to use a little logic in the picks...will help some. Wisconsin plays their rival Marquette next. So thought they might be a little flat and looking ahead. Virginia off a loss...so thought they would pick it up (missed the total by a bucket), Villanova off a loss. You get the idea.

Yup yup. I almost never see this in football anymore. Any spread more than like 7, then it?s hard to parlay with the totals. Haven?t checked basketball, but now I?ll be looking out for these.

By the way the refs are ruining the Stanford game. The technical foul changed the game...their star ends up on the bench and North Carolina in one and one early. Now a missed foul. Stanford is the better team.

Had Stanford at +4.5 and sold the .5. Wtf 🤬. So I had +4 and pushed. On top of that played the live ht bet -3.5 +153. Bitch ass refs!!!
