BetJam has Luke Donald at 200:1 this seems generous as hell. Quite a few very good players at 100:1 or better.Opinions on getting in early and on whom would be appreciated. Hell I had to take some of Luke at that price.

Very solid player.....but never made the cut in a British Open. I dont think 200-1 is right, but he probably should be somewhere in the 50-60 neighborhood.

I'm on board Bjorn also LIA. He's the only player I bet in advance each year. Has treated me well on places despite bunker colapse a while back. GG way out of line on odds and I can't believe odds are better now than when I bet back in April ????

I like Davis Love. He was 11 over in the US open halfway thru the 2nd round and shot 4 under on the back nine to make the cut and then shot two rounds of par on the weekend in tough conditions. Must have given him some confidence. Also, he has an excellent record in The Open....since 1997 he has finished T10th, 7th, T7th, T11th, T21st, T14th, T4th and T5th. Pretty good really. 40-1 is about the best price I've seen.

I was looking at Love too and Garcia. Only problem is when I go for him he never shows up. Garcia will win an Open before its over. Also followed and took Bjorn. Unfortunately i'm not as confident after last weekend. Caddy I need another ball.
