Since I have thousands in limbo at neteller I have been seeking other ways to fund aside from fedex or western union. I noticed that Carib is excepting ecocard. Haven't heard of them until now...must be relatively new. I checked out their site and it makes no mention of restrictions to US customers. I emailed customer service about it, but I don't expect a response for a couple of days. Just wondering if any of you already know the answer. Thanks...
