On the course!
I like the over 40 in the Lions game.

I can't get any data to back me up on this, but it feels right. I just think the way things have been for these two, it sets up to be a shoot out.

Batch is not a bad qb. He is fitting into the Detroit scheme (or rather, Detroit is fitting to him) quite nicely. He passd for over 600 yards the past two games, and will get +300 today.

Cincy can put the ball in the endzone, given the chance. Detroit will give them that chance. Getting pushed around 24-0 by the bears won't happen again today.

Kitna will do okay today, and the only thing I worry about is a decent running game by BOTH teams, hurting a shot at the over. Still, two teams needing a win will pull out all the stops to get it.

Both teams hit the 20's today, a sthis one goes over 40

2 units-----Cin/Det over 40

Minny rides a two game streak into Tampa Bay. They beat the bite-less Lions, and the punchy Packers. Today, the shit hits the fan in Tampa.

Minny eeked out a win 20-16 in the dome a few weeks ago, and Tampa will get a measure of revenge today.

The Bucs are getting a lot of crap about their defense, but it still dominates most teams. With the exception of The Titan game, they have played every other game well under 40 points.

Minnesota has put points up the past 3 games, but that will slow down today. I like Tampa Bay to win this game, but the strong bet is one the under.

2 units-----Min/TB under 39'

San Francisco heads to Chicago for, what on paper, looks to be a great game. Chicago has been a stone against the run, and should continue to do that today.

Chicago has been in fairly low scoring games, over all, but San Fran still seems to be able to score. Garcia will keep the bears on their toes today (I hope!) with timely passing. Chicago should move the ball some, but I think they will be more concerned with clock control, and keeping the ball away from the 49ers.

With a line of +2' and total of 37' this is a classic "overdog" play.

I believe that the 49ers get the 18 points that they need today to get a split, and I think this game sees them hitting 20+ points.

I don't like either side strong enough on it's own, but as a hedge, I will risk a little.

1 unit each way: SF +2' over 37'

Good luck today.
