My fiancee has been using one now for the past 6 months and has smoked less than a full pack of cigarettes in that time.

This is the local company we purchase our e-cigs from. I know that she is also saving money by using e-cigs but I really have no idea how much.
I've always been a casual smoker (when I'm drinking or on the golf course). Now I can't stand the taste of cigs. I use blueberry-pomegranate flavor in mine. There are over 70 flavors available.

I tried them a couple years ago, at first it helped cutting down but eventually I went back to my cig's. My wife has used them & only smokes 4-5 cigs a day for the last couple of years. Give it a try it sure won't hurt you. GL
I see people at the casino smoking these things a lot and wondered what they were for. Are they for people trying to quit? If so, they must not work very well because I see the same people for months now using them along with the occasional real cigarette.
I have seen them work for several people cutting down drastically how much they smoke, and on one person who doesn't smoke at all anymore. I have tried to get them available to use in the hospital (more than half my patients every time I work are smokers) for patients, but no luck so far.
Well this is true, but usually when we are around you I can barely stand up straight! :toast:
My friend from work uses them and has been using them for months. He said he hasn't had a cigarette in 6 months or so.
