The damn leafs letting up an empty netter has just cost me $1000 in a over/under play.. Had $200 on 3 games today thinking that the list was super great and lost in the last 1:30 by the Leafs scoring and then letting up a empty netter.. Things like this make me feel like quiting!! OUCH!!:shrug:

Little stuff like that always evens itself out. I know it seems horrible when things like that happen but it is always best to try to take something positive from it.
You won 2 of 3, so next time use similar handicapping methodology and bet each wager straight. Remember that you are capable of winning. The reason the books make so much money is because people let their emotions get the better of them and because people don't have a large enough bankroll to back what they are betting. If you conquer those two problems then chances are you will be OK.

I hear ya.......Just to share a little similar ####-##. Last year I had played a 10 team parlay, which I never do, and it was paying $17 hundred and something. Had won every game and just needed the Colorado/ ? Vancouver I think game to go over the 5'. Forget which team it was, but with 29 seconds to go and an empty net for the over, the player passed it over to some rookie to give him his 1st goal, and HE MISSED THE ###### net. All within the other teams blueline. I only lost the small amount I had put on the parlay, but........ :shrug:

I agree with Nick and Jack. Hang in there and definitely play all plays by themselves, that is why Vegas is what it is. Get'em tomorrow.

a couple weeks back I lost an OVer/Under parlay (which would have paid very nice) by 0.1 seconds
yep not exageratting..........the dam flames scored with 0.1 seconds left............now that's harsh
