Does anyone know why we can't get through to make our wagers?? Phone lines have been ringing busy, etc.

ESB was my first book 
when i started wagering a few years ago. They never miss a payout but at the end (last year for me) their customer service really suck big time. I closed the account and i'm glad i idid it. When you get to them, close yours! They are going down (if it ain't happened yet...)

I'm with ESB also.Their website (telebet.com) said a fiber cut happened(yah rite..lets hope)..

ESB was my first offshore as well. in fact, i didn't even know such a thing existed until i saw their ad.
i've lived through ups and downs with them. hurricane, lost books, then a period of generally good service and generally good payouts.
my opinion is there's better quality now from other books.
