So LeBron is in discussion as the best ever. Did Bird, Magic, or Jordan ever lose in the playoffs or ever by 30?

Lebron is running the Cavs in his second go around....He wanted Love, Irving, Thompson, etc....Also fired Blatt...,Would he dare opt out again? Why does the supporting cast not matter when they are dominating the Leastern Conference but matters when they play a powerhouse Western Conference team?

Where it is real F ing COLD
Name all those player supporting casts and you will be enlightened.

Another reason Lebron should take heat, Let alone getting his coaches fired, leaving the Cavs on ESPN several years ago, talking stupid to the media and now the supporting cast. He has to take heat for the cast as well. He constructed the team, I bet he wishes he stayed in Miami, I give him credit for saving face and going back home. Lebron is still a great basketball player but man oh man, I don't think he will win another ring, not in Cleveland anyway I feel sorry for the Cav's fans.

Just answering the question. Bird and Magic both lost an NBA finals game by 30+, to each other. Jordan's largest playoff loss was 26 in an ECF and his largest finals loss was 21.

He's going to keep opting out and signing 2 year with 2nd year being the player option to maximize his $. Nobody should be shocked when he opts out lol

As far as taking the heat for the players on this team. Nobody was criticizing Irving when he was winning AS MVPs, going to the all star game, etc....The Warriors wanted Love, so let's not act like we're all GM geniuses all the sudden.

Sports are fickle, hindsight is 20/20. That's why I try not to knee jerk react.

I guess here's my point....

Name a PG you'd take over Irving....that's obtainable

Name a PF you'd take over Love....that's obtainable

Anyone can be MMQB and criticize a team and player, but we gotta be realistic. It's not like Cleveland can easily go out and just trade for CP3...or could they? :) It's not like Cleveland could just go out and trade Love for LA, or whomever you see fit. We all get lost in criticizing players and teams and fail to realize...what's the other realistic option?

We really don't think LeBron had a better chance in Miami do we?

Maybe we should give Golden State more of the credit. After all, they DID set an NBA record this year for wins. No one was talking about Lebron's supporting cast throughout the Eastern playoffs as the Cavs went 10-2 and were unbeaten at home. Someone might say that's because the Eastern teams weren't as good, but that's my point. This Golden State team is pretty damn good!

In the first two games Golden State has played outstanding. All of the players have been playing really well on their home court. In contrast, the Cavs (and I've followed them closely all year) have played like shit so far....standing around, turnovers, not shooting well, poor effort, etc. I suspect you'll see a much different outcome in Cleveland, although I'm not sure I would bet on that!
