NBA has record 13 black head coaches

When will this stop. Within the last few months, I've had to hear about ND being racist in not hiring Ty Willingham before O'Leary, How, Dennis Green and Tony Dungy - 2 of 3 black NFL head coaches had lost their jobs and what that does to the league, how there are only 4 or 5 (can't remember) black head coaches in the D-I college ranks and now - how the NBA is getting it right by having 13 black head coaches.

Something I found amusing was when they mentioned the NCAA... the article said "excluding the black colleges." Black Colleges?! Where are the white colleges,... the Latin/American, Italian/American or Arab American colleges?

It's no wonder there's racial tension in parts of our country when the media is constantly trying to create something.

Good point about the colleges. As for the NBA, how can they say they're getting it right when most fans either can't stand the way those overpaid whining babies play (catch the ball at half court, take four steps and dunk with no dribble,or palm the ball, or act like the've never fouled anyone in the last 10 years) or just ignore these small (?) infractions and brag about how athletic they are.

Sorry about the rant but having to watch the NBA All-Star game last sunday instead of the Olympics really pissed me off.

So Ifdb what do you suggest, making a hoop court the same size as a football field, that would really change the meaning of a "full court press". The NBA players can snivel all they want as long as we are making cash betting on them.
