If it gets to 41.5 AT GAME TIME or lower then it qualifies for an over on my system.... It has been moving down but, it may bounce back up at game time. Line started at 43 last night; not sure what Sunday night's line was though.

Yes everyone is on the under but the line is moving the right way. If everyone was on the under and the line was going up then the over would be the correct play based on line movement 101.
