Excel into a Posting....

Does anyone know of a way to post out of Excel into one of these blogs cleanly.

I would like to post my stats right out of Excel and everyway i try its not showing correctly.

Any thoughts?

i think you have to take a screen shot, save it, host it and post it as a jpg or gif.

maybe ask stanley in the golf forum because he posts his standings from excel.
