Excel Spreadsheet to help track wagers

I downloaded a great spreadsheet years back that helped me track my plays; it broke the plays down really nicely into many very useful stats. It was informational only, to help track how I was doing. I cant find it. Im not savy enough to make one for myself...can anybody help?
