Exciting time to be in central Minnesota!

Just have to crow a little, coming out of the cold season, and into an amazing baseball season. Experienced Target Field for the first time on Saturday, and cannot believe how wonderful that stadium is. I honestly cannot think how they could have done anything any better - a truly awesome baseball experience. Plus the Twins really seem to have a strong team this year, if the pitching can hold it together. I'd match up their lineup with anyone, top to bottom.

Not only that, our local high school team is ranked #1 in it's class, has 10 seniors returning, 9 of them starting, and is undefeated thus far. We hear they are playing the state tournament in Target Field - cannot imagine how exciting that would be if the boys can get the job done this season.

I'm obviously not a Twins fan, but they have spring training down here in Fort Myers about 5 miles from where I live, so they get a lot of coverage in the paper, especially in March. They had a ton of coverage about Target Field and it was all extremely positive. It sounds like a really great park and it's great to see a market of that size get a park like that. From what I can tell, it was like 10 years in the making. Glad you had a good time, Chad.
