Upstairs watching sports on the big TV.
First, stand on a flat surface, wearing comfortable clothing....

With a 5 pound potato sack in each hand, extend your arms horizontally and hold for one minute, then relax.

Doing this daily, you will find you can hold this position longer.

After 2 weeks, move up to 10 pound potato sacks.

After a month, move up to 25 pound potato sacks.

Eventually, you will move up to 50 pound and then 100 pound potato sacks, holding them with your arms out horizontally for 1 minute.





When you have reached this level of confidence, put a potato in each sack.....
